Work in a well-equipped facility with advanced machinery, polishing, finishing, and assembly of bespoke pieces. Bring 3–5 years of stone fabrication experience, attention to detail, and languages including English and Afrikaans.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in natural stone fabrication or related manufacturing.
• Experience with natural stone materials such as granite, marble, quartz, or ceramics.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and production specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Good English communication and Afrikaans proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Cut, shape, machine, and process natural stone, quartz, ceramics, and composites.
• Polish, assemble, glue, and finish bespoke stone products.
• Manufacture custom items such as countertops, vanities, and staircases.
• Read technical drawings and ensure compliance with specs.
• Inspect finished products for quality and precision.

About the Role

As a Natural Stone Fabricator , you'll be responsible for manufacturing custom-made stone products for residential and commercial projects.

Working in a modern workshop equipped with advanced stone-processing machinery, you'll transform raw materials into beautifully finished products that meet the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

What You'll Be Doing

• Cutting, shaping, machining, and processing natural stone, quartz, ceramics, and composite materials
• Polishing, assembling, gluing, and finishing bespoke stone products
• Manufacturing custom products such as kitchen countertops, bathroom vanities, shower trays, staircases, window sills, tombstones, and other specialised stone applications
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings, measurements, and production specifications
• Inspecting finished products to ensure exceptional quality and precision
• Safely operating stone-processing machinery and workshop equipment
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and developing your technical craftsmanship

We're Looking For

• 3–5 years' experience in natural stone fabrication, stone masonry, or a similar manufacturing environment
• Proven experience working with natural stone, granite, marble, quartz composites, ceramics, or similar materials
• The ability to complete both fabrication and finishing work independently
• Experience reading and interpreting technical drawings and production specifications
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality workmanship
• Good English communication skills
• A reliable, motivated, and results-driven approach to your work

Candidate Requirements

• South African citizen
• Willing and able to relocate to Belgium
• Valid passport (or willing to obtain one)
• Good Afrikaans proficiency is essential
