You will cut, shape, polish, and finish natural stone, quartz, ceramics, and composites with high precision. The role requires 3-5 years of experience in stone fabrication, reading technical drawings, and delivering top-quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in natural stone fabrication or a similar manufacturing environment.
• Experience working with natural stone, granite, marble, quartz composites, ceramics, or similar materials.
• Ability to complete both fabrication and finishing work independently.
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and production specifications.
• Commitment to producing high-quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Cutting, shaping, machining, and processing natural stone, quartz, ceramics, and composite materials.
• Polishing, assembling, gluing, and finishing bespoke stone products.
• Manufacturing custom products such as kitchen countertops, bathroom vanities, shower trays, staircases, window sills, tombstones, and other specialised stone applications.
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings, measurements, and production specifications.
• Inspecting finished products to ensure exceptional quality and precision.
• Safely operating stone-processing machinery and workshop equipment.
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and developing technical craftsmanship.

We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

• 3-5 years' experience in natural stone fabrication, stone masonry, or a similar manufacturing environment
• Proven experience working with natural stone, granite, marble, quartz composites, ceramics, or similar materials
• The ability to complete both fabrication and finishing work independently
• Experience reading and interpreting technical drawings and production specifications
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality workmanship
• Good English communication skills
• A reliable, motivated, and results-driven approach to your work

Candidate Requirements

• South African citizen
• Willing and able to relocate to Belgium
• Valid passport (or willing to obtain one)
• Good Afrikaans proficiency is essential
