Qualifications

• 8-10+ years in Visual Merchandising, Store Design, Spatial Planning or Retail Experience.
• Strong furniture retail experience with space planning and customer journeys.
• Proven experience developing and implementing national VM strategies and concepts.
• Experience with store openings, refurbishments and retail roll-outs.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute Coricraft's national VM, spatial planning and in-store experience strategy across the network.
• Lead VM projects including new store openings, refurbishments and roll-outs with consistent execution.
• Analyze performance data and customer insights to optimize VM effectiveness.
• Establish and maintain VM standards, guidelines and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align VM with business priorities.
