Effective management of sales and sales management within the integrated business unit.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS :
PURPOSE : Closing large technology deals (e.g., CCTV, access control, alarms, etc.), managing a team of security tech sales professionals. Sales management of all system design and related security system integration.
Setting targets, sales strategies, budgets, and performance metrics. Monthly reporting to executives.
Attending meetings with new and existing business prospects, in conjunction with operational and sales teams, to tailor integrated solutions suited to clients.
Conducting or arranging site surveys to identify risks and develop appropriate solutions.
Preparing and submitting sales proposals and tenders to prospective clients.
Preparing and delivering sales presentations (advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills essential).
Performing sales and marketing administrative functions effectively.
Coordinating public relations activities such as trade shows, exhibitions, company-sponsored events, and managing corporate gifts and branded items.
Providing daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports on sales and marketing activities.
Preparing and submitting monthly reports to management, including accurate data on new and lost business, organic growth, etc.
Keeping management informed about sales activities, competitors, and client needs.
Leading the tech sales team.
Willingness and ability to travel to other provinces.
Requirements :
Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience.
Sales, marketing, or technical qualifications are advantageous.
Minimum of 3 years of integrated services sales experience, including system design and integration.
Proven track record in business development and successful deal closures.
Relevant knowledge and experience in selling technical solutions, especially innovative and cutting-edge options.
Excellent communication and customer satisfaction skills.
Strong leadership, time management, initiative, and administrative skills.
Must be target-driven and well-presented.
Own vehicle and valid driver’s license.
Clean disciplinary, credit, and criminal records.
Ability to travel extensively for business purposes.
Proven ability to manage a sales team to meet or exceed sales targets.
PSIRA certification is required.
