Introduction
Description: A commercial testing laboratory is seeking a National Sales Manager for Food Production. The National Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth within the food production market segment. This role involves managing key accounts, leading a sales team, and identifying new business opportunities to expand market share. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food production B2B sales and relationship management. The duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Key Requirements: Bachelors degree in Food Science, Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field and more than 7 years experience in sales management, preferably within the food production or food ingredients sector. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of driving sales growth and managing key accounts at a national level, be proficient in CRM software and sales analytics tools, and have a willingness to travel nationally as required.
Additional Requirements: The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills with experience managing key accounts at a national level and excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
