Requirements:
- College / University degree.
- Sales experience (similar role) in similar industry or consulting business (technical products / automotive industry) 5+ years.
- Strong experience in customer relationship management managing large strategic / key accounts.
- Experience in project management.
- Strong ability to work in a Matrix Organization / environment.
- Experience in people management (min. 2 years).
- Experience in consulting projects and project management.
- Business acumen.
- MS Office.
Responsibilities and Expectations:
- Sales and Marketing: Achieves individual targets to maximize GP and TMS share at key customers individually and through a team of KAMs. Negotiates and monitors the team of KAMs which negotiates and manages annual and long-term contracts. Monitors and discusses with teams customer financial condition. Supports marketing campaigns including sell out campaigns, prepares events with customers.
- Management: Attracts, on-boards, leads, develops, and monitors team of KAMs to manage customer's business relations in the area of responsibility supporting SRs in their daily sales operations as well as managing retail development applying tools and programs. Leads and supports KAMs with their local contracts management. Manages and develops the team of KAM professionals by providing timely and relevant feedback, supporting the creation and execution of development plans, and providing field coaching.
- Other Functions Support: Supports other functions within PBU Consumer Division, e.g., BA, RSM, SM, Marketing, Pricing Manager, Training Dept. Shares best practices. Leads projects to engage and improve their capabilities to strengthen organizational excellence.
- Reporting: Delivers all required reports outside and inside the organization (stock level, purchasing groups, market information, pan-European agreements).
- S&OP Process: Effective support through active participation and data sharing and collection. Customer collaboration and proper SPU estimation.
