Provide guidance, coaching, and support to ensure continuous improvement and success.Business Development : Identify and cultivate relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth opportunities.

Actively seek out new business opportunities and partnerships to expand market presence.Market Analysis : Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to anticipate changes and opportunities.

Utilise market insights to adjust sales strategies and tactics accordingly.Oversee all aspects of the sales process, including lead generation, prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals.

Ensure effective use of CRM systems and sales tools to track performance and drive efficiency.Customer Relationship Management : Foster strong and lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs, providing tailored solutions, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for clients throughout the sales cycle.Product Promotion : Educate customers on the benefits and features of our technical products and services, emphasising sustainability and efficiency.Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments such as marketing, operations, and engineering to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
