Job description

A well-established company that supplies service and maintains high-quality diagnostic equipment to the x-ray community is currently sourcing for a meticulous and responsible individual with a high work ethic in the Edenvale area.

Role Purpose:

The National Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve revenue profitability and market share objectives. This role requires a dynamic leader who can develop and implement strategic sales plans, nurture client relationships, and drive business growth in the public and private sectors.

Minimum Requirements:
  1. Degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. 8 years of sales experience with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role, preferably in the medical equipment industry.
  3. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  4. Experience with government tenders and private sector healthcare clients is advantageous.
  5. Strong leadership and team management skills.
  6. Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
  7. Strategic thinking with the ability to translate strategies into actionable plans.
  8. In-depth knowledge of the diagnostic imaging market and its dynamics.
  9. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
