Job Title: National Sales Manager - Forex Advisory

We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven National Sales Manager to lead and support our sales team within the Forex advisory business.

Responsibilities:

  1. Team Leadership & Coaching: Conduct weekly meetings with Sales Consultants, identify coaching opportunities, provide training, track performance metrics, ensure data accuracy, support consultants in the field, and recognize team successes.
  2. Sales Strategy & Performance: Develop sales initiatives, monitor and analyze sales data, set targets, implement incentive plans, stay updated on industry trends, represent the company at events, build relationships with referral partners, and support marketing efforts.
  3. Travel & Client Relations: Travel locally and internationally to support business development and maintain client relationships.
  4. Marketing & Analytics: Collaborate with marketing on content and campaigns, track marketing analytics, and assist with communication efforts.
  5. Operations & Leadership Support: Improve processes, support business objectives, and implement team feedback.

Qualifications:

  • BCom in Finance, Economics, Business, or similar.
  • 5+ years in sales leadership, preferably in financial services.
  • Experience in B2B and B2C sales, with referral networks.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., CMS for forex) and data analytics.

Skills: Strong coaching, strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, excellent communication, leadership, and team development abilities.
