Join the Blind Guys Head Office as our National Sales Manager. We're looking for a strategic leader with strong sales experience and franchise management skills to help scale our brand across South Africa.

This role is central to driving growth, ensuring brand consistency, and supporting our national network of franchises.

Key Responsibilities Include:

1. Driving sales across all existing franchises
2. Increasing new franchise sales and supporting rollouts
3. Conducting site visits, audits, and growth planning (2x per year per franchise)
4. Managing national sales and marketing strategies
5. Handling supplier targets and new product launches
6. Overseeing franchise compliance with branding and identity standards
