SUMMARY :

Seeking a dynamic and results-oriented National Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the forwarding & clearing industry. Must be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving sales growth and building high-performance sales teams.

POSITION INFO :

  • Design, implement, and execute the company's new business sales strategy to optimize revenue growth and expand market share within the freight forwarding industry.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team to reach their full potential.
  • Develop a comprehensive short- to long-term plan to secure substantial new business opportunities.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the national sales team on market penetration using the company's existing product offerings.
  • Keep the business informed about new trends, applications, threats, and opportunities to aid in the development of the company's products and services.
  • Create a high-performance, winning culture to make the company the most dynamic sales force in the industry.

Qualifications :

Higher tertiary education, such as a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
