An exciting opportunity exists for a dynamic and experienced National Recruitment and Training Manager to join a fast-paced and growing organisation. Reporting to the National HR Manager, this role is responsible for overseeing recruitment strategies and training initiatives across multiple regions.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Industrial Psychology or LLB (with a strong Labour Law focus).
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant HR and recruitment experience.
  • Sound knowledge of South African labour legislation.
  • Strong administrative, planning, and computer skills.
  • Willingness to travel nationally (valid driver’s license essential).
