National Recruitment and Training Manager -Woodmead, Johannesburg - Market Related Salary

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced National Recruitment and Training Manager to join a dynamic organisation. Reporting to the National HR Manager, you will play a critical role in managing national recruitment needs and driving training objectives across multiple operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support recruitment processes to meet operational staffing requirements.

  • Anticipate workforce needs, advertise vacancies, source and assess CVs through various platforms.

  • Monitor and manage recruitment progress in line with Employment Equity targets.

  • Facilitate training and development initiatives, including skills audits and course identification.

  • Implement training programmes in compliance with Skills Development Act requirements.

  • Assist with learnerships, bursaries, and social development initiatives.

  • Represent and promote a positive image of the organisation in line with strategic goals.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualification in Industrial Psychology or LLB with a focus on Labour Law.

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in recruitment and training management.

  • Solid understanding of the Labour Relations Act, Employment Equity Act and Skills Development Act.

  • Proven experience in recruitment and selection.

  • Strong computer literacy and administrative skills.

  • Valid drivers licence with willingness to travel as required.
