Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage and support Operations Managers across the portfolio
  • Conduct monthly Condition Assessments with site teams
  • Oversee Hard and Soft Services contract performance and compliance
  • Maintain and manage Asset Registers across sites
  • Empower and guide Operations Managers on resolving complex onsite issues
  • Ensure full compliance with legislative standards and client-specific policies
  • Lead Tenant Installation projects over R50K tenders, site meetings, contractor appointment & supervision
  • Assist with vendor sourcing and procurement processes in line with BEE requirements
  • Lead monthly Ops team meetings and forward-planning sessions
  • Review budgets and ensure financial governance and alignment with client approval frameworks
  • Conduct building inspections and oversee general building administration

Minimum Requirements (Non-Negotiable) :

  • Grade 12 + Tertiary qualification in Facilities Management or related field
  • 5-8 years experience in commercial property / facilities operations at a senior level
