As National Operations and Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for the full execution of vessel and landside processes, including cost ownership and maintaining strong relationships with key third-party service providers and government regulatory authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage vessel (marine) operations and equipment (container) management
2. Oversee reefer management and logistics operations (depot, truck, rail)
3. Drive the execution of operational processes, ensuring seamless vessel and landside coordination
4. Take full accountability for cost ownership and operational efficiency
5. Engage with third-party service providers, including terminals, depots, haulers, and regulatory authorities to ensure service deliverables are met
6. Closely monitor all claims across regions to ensure effective resolution

Requirements:

1. A minimum of 10-15 years of management experience in operations and logistics within the ships agency industry
2. Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage diverse teams and complex operations
3. Extensive knowledge of the shipping industry, including vessel and logistics management
4. High-level operational focus with the ability to drive continuous improvement
5. Proficiency in computer systems and relevant logistics software
