National Key Account Manager

Salary: R50k per month

Purpose of Position:

Complement Recruitment is recruiting for 2 x National Key Account Managers for permanent positions, one based in Johannesburg, Gauteng, and the other in Cape Town, Western Cape.

Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, and Skills:

  • Minimum Grade 12 Certificate.
  • Diploma or qualification in Sales Management is an advantage.
  • Minimum of 5 years proven sales/management experience in the direct selling industry.
  • Driver's license and own transport.

Duties:

  1. Generate new and additional business.
  2. Grow the national customer base.
  3. Manage and analyze the national customer base.
  4. Analyze price decreases and suspended business on the national customer base.
  5. Build professional relationships with regional executives, general managers, and sales consultants.
  6. Communicate annual price increases.
  7. Achieve set objectives, goals, and targets.
  8. Handle all sales-related tickets.
  9. Visit the national customer base at least once per month.
  10. Ensure all installations are completed.
  11. Update and load all national accounts administration procedures on B.I.
  12. Complete weekly call sheets.
  13. Update price lists and schedules.
  14. Handle and resolve all queries from the national customer base.
  15. Plan monthly and weekly activities.
  16. Liaise with customers via telephone.
  17. Re-sign and upgrade customers.
  18. Work towards annual incentives.
  19. Quote and close sales.
  20. Complete all sales administration paperwork accurately.
