GrowthArch is seeking a Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery of a national internship placement programme for TVET college graduates. You will build the delivery team, systems, and controls to run the programme across provinces, ensuring interns are placed near home, well supported and documented on time and within budget.

You will lead planning, screening, vetting, placement with host employers, oversight, and reporting to funders, while ensuring compliance with POPIA and labour laws.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or National Diploma in PM or related field.
• PM certification (PMP, PRINCE2) advantageous.
• Valid South African driver’s license and willingness to travel nationally.
• 5+ years in project/programme management, including multi-site or national projects.
• 3+ years managing internships, learnerships or work-integrated learning.
• Experience budgeting, reporting to funders and working with third-party providers.

Responsabilidades

• Programme planning and delivery: develop the national rollout plan with province phasing, targets, milestones and budget.
• Track progress and report weekly to COO and monthly to stakeholders and funders.
• Identify, log and manage risks and issues; escalate when needed.
