National HR & IR Manager

Requirements:

1. Fluent in Afrikaans and English (read, write, speak)
2. Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field + Labour Law qualification (Essential)
3. Minimum 10 years’ HR/IR management experience
4. Solid knowledge of HR legislation (LRA, BCEA, EEA, SDA, etc.)
5. Experience with MIBCO
6. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
7. Automotive industry experience preferred
8. Valid driver’s license
