Job Title: National FTTH Manager: Prepaid Sales

Location: Gauteng, Johannesburg

Role Purpose / Business Unit:

To drive strategic partner performance and operational excellence by co-developing partner strategies, managing end-to-end partner engagement, and aligning cross-functional efforts to deliver sustainable growth and business impact in the FTTH Prepaid portfolio.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
  1. Co-develop and drive partner strategy; align execution with strategic goals and partner performance to achieve and exceed sales targets on FTTH Prepaid (consumer prepaid contracts).
  2. Own partner pipeline; manage and streamline onboarding, performance, and strategic alignment of key partners.
  3. Conduct deep performance analysis; identify underperformance; drive corrective actions and insights.
  4. Generate reports and actionable insights; present to leadership; forecast risks and set realistic expectations.
  5. Own operational delivery; address systemic issues; ensure admin and support functions are aligned and effective.
  6. Ensure regional teams have the necessary tools, support, training content, and marketing collateral to facilitate execution.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
  1. A 3-year diploma in Sales and Marketing, Business, or related field.
  2. 5-8 years of B2C Sales experience.
  3. Knowledge of Fixed / Prepaid Products (preferable).
  4. Strategic thinking and execution skills.
  5. Experience in partner management and engagement.
  6. Marketing knowledge.
