Job summary

Profile Personnel in Stellenbosch seeks an experienced National Financial Manager to lead financial strategy across a multi-regional property portfolio. You will drive budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management and capital planning in partnership with executive leadership.

Responsibilities include analysing portfolio performance, developing executive dashboards, supporting ROI analyses for capital expenditure, and maintaining governance and control standards across regions while mentoring

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a finance, accounting, commerce, economics, property studies or related field.
• Professional qualification such as CA(SA), CIMA, ACCA or CFA will be advantageous.
• 8–10 years' experience in property finance, commercial finance, asset management, corporate finance, or investment analysis.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior financial leadership role.
• Proven experience managing multi-regional portfolios.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, feasibility studies, and strategic financial planning expertise.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modelling skills.
• Excellent analytical, commercial, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong report writing, presentation, and executive communication skills.
