  • Experience in working with international organisations, preferably in Africa.

Education and Experience :

  • A Master’s Degree in Diplomacy, Public Policy, International Law, Public Law, Business Administration, Statistics, Social Sciences, Development Economics or a related field. Candidates should have a minimum of ten (10) years of relevant work experience in a Pan-African, Development / Multilateral Organisation in public sector institutions or similar organisations nationally, regionally and / or internationally.

Candidates should have experience in :

  • Develop and implement strategic national development programs aligned with regional and continental priorities, including Agenda 2063.
  • Prepare, manage, and conduct comprehensive monitoring and impact evaluations using advanced research methodologies and data-driven approaches across public sector organisations, regional institutions, and civil society.
  • Lead diverse, multi-disciplinary teams in high-pressure environments, ensuring strategic alignment and effective program execution.
  • Represent the organisation in high-level engagements with governments, advocating for key priorities and fostering collaborative partnerships at the national, regional, and international levels.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Diplomacy, Public Policy, International Law, Public Law, Business Administration, Statistics, Social Sciences, Development Economics or any other related field. Candidates should have twelve (12) years of relevant work experience in a Pan-African Development / Multilateral Organisation, of which five (5) years are at a managerial level in public sector institutions or similar organisations nationally, regionally and / or internationally.

Candidates should have experience in :

  • Develop and implement strategic national development programs aligned with regional and continental priorities, including Agenda 2063.
  • Prepare, manage, and conduct comprehensive monitoring and impact evaluations using advanced research methodologies and data-driven approaches across public sector organisations, regional institutions, and civil society.
