NATIONAL CONTRACTS MANAGER - SECURITY (PETROLEUM)

Westrand based - but travel nationally

Salary package :

R 40,000 - R 60,000 CTC + Petrol / Cell allowance

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Grade 12 with Grade A PSIRA registration
2. At least 8-10 years' experience in the Security Industry, preferably in an Industrial environment, especially within the Petroleum / Chemical sector
3. At least 5 years' managerial experience in a National Security Contracts Management structure
4. Computer literacy, with proficiency in MS Word and Excel
5. Strong analytical skills with excellent problem-solving abilities
6. Ability to manage and discipline staff
7. Strong operational planning, leadership, and organizational skills
8. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client liaison skills
9. Knowledge of ISO: Quality Management and its requirements
10. Experience in organizational and environmental health and safety, with completed courses such as SAMTRAC & Risk Management, Environmental Health & Safety Management
11. Experience in risk audits, risk assessments, and implementation of client SOPs
12. Investigative skills, including conducting incident investigations and audits
13. Ability to work under pressure and extended hours when necessary
14. Valid unendorsed driver’s license with reliable transport and willingness to travel nationally
15. No criminal record or pending cases
