The programme targets CIDB registered contractors with a grading designation 1 - 2 (pre-incubation programme) and 3 - 5 (mainstream), for emerging contractors. The Programme aims to develop the targeted contractors through mentorship, training, office infrastructure and support to become sustainable contracting entities. These programmes will be done either virtually through digital platforms (online) or face-to-face.

Manufacturers must have a registered company and business plan/profile on green product (renewable energy) manufacturing businesses with company compliance documents.
Professionals in the Built Environment need to possess a formal qualification within the Built Environment and the motivation to participate in a mentorship programme. NCI’s BEP Programme 2024 seeks to assist Built Environment graduates with access to business development and technical support to build their respective/newly established businesses.

The Programme aims to promote sustainable development of small to medium-sized Built Environment companies, with a view to, amongst other measures, upskilling (skills development and training) and improving their revenue generation and increased capacity to deliver on infrastructure projects. The duration of the programme is 6 months – 3 years.
