Job summary

CBRE Excellerate invites applications for an Academic Quality Assurance Manager to oversee academic governance, accreditation and regulatory compliance across a national training organisation. You will ensure compliance with QCTO, SETA and SAQA, and drive continuous improvement in quality management systems and records.

The role requires leadership in national teams, strategic oversight of assessments, moderation and certification, and effective stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Education, HRD, Training & Development, Quality Assurance or related field.
• Registered Assessor (essential).
• Moderator registration will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Ensure organisational compliance with QCTO, SETA, SAQA and regulatory requirements.
• Manage and oversee academic quality assurance and accreditation processes.
• Coordinate assessments, moderation, verification and certification activities.
• Develop, implement and maintain effective quality management systems.
• Conduct and coordinate quality assurance audits and compliance reviews.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of academic records, compliance documentation and quality assurance reports.
• Provide leadership and support to national academic and operational teams.
• Monitor compliance with academic policies, procedures and quality standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for academic quality and ops.
• Ensure company policies and procedures compliance.
• Perform other duties in support of objectives.
