WHAT ARE THE ROLE OUTPUTS AND ITEMS TO ACTION?

  • Practical coordination of the digital training and work experience portfolio.
  • Support the effective monitoring of programme performance against programme contractual obligation targets milestones.
  • Accurate detailed data cleaning, analysis and reporting.
  • Accurate and timeous reporting on programme performance.
  • Support and manage the administration of proposal evaluation, funding management as well as programme design and development.
  • Provide stakeholder support in programme delivery.
  • Administration of programme management and team support.
  • Leading event management.
  • Efficient and appropriate communication with all levels of stakeholders.

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE DO WE BELIEVE WOULD CONTRIBUTE TO SUCCESS?

  • Must have Bachelors' degree or National Diploma (Economic Development/ Social Science or related).
  • Must have 2-3 years coordinating programmes against specific milestones.
  • Proven track record of programme management, preferably working with independent service providers in the social development and/or digital skills sector(s).
  • Solid experience in data refinement, analysis and reporting.
  • Strong programme administration experience.
  • Excellent writing skills, including report writing and able to communicate in a clear and concise manner.
  • Excellent MS Office skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in economic development sector, e.g. youth employability and entrepreneurship programmes will be an advantage.
  • Knowledge and research capabilities, in particular socio-economic development, youth work force development will be an advantage.
