The ideal candidate will create engaging learning activities, supervise daily routines, manage meals and hygiene, and communicate progress with parents. A Bachelor’s in Education or related field plus substantial experience in private households

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Development, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a nanny, tutor, or educator, preferably in a private household setting.
• Strong knowledge of various educational curricula and learning methodologies.
• Proven ability to create engaging and effective learning plans.
• Excellent child development knowledge and behavioral management skills.
• First Aid and CPR certification required.
• Impeccable communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Discreet, trustworthy, and highly reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and provide excellent references.
• Experience with children of varying ages is a plus.
• Familiarity with the Rustenburg, North West area is preferred.
