Position Overview:
As a Nail Technician, your primary responsibility is to provide professional nail care services to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and repeat business. You will be responsible for various nail treatments, including manicures, pedicures, nail extensions, and nail art, while maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform manicures and pedicures according to established procedures, ensuring high-quality results.
2. Provide nail extension services such as acrylic, gel, or fiberglass extensions, including shaping, filing, and polishing.
3. Offer nail art services, including but not limited to hand-painted designs, decals, and embellishments, catering to client preferences and trends.
4. Assess the condition of clients' nails and recommend appropriate treatments and products for maintenance and improvement.
5. Maintain knowledge of current nail trends, techniques, and products to provide up-to-date services and recommendations to clients.
6. Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of all tools, equipment, and workstations before and after each client appointment, adhering to industry standards and regulations.
7. Uphold excellent customer service standards by providing a welcoming and comfortable environment for clients, addressing their concerns and inquiries, and building lasting relationships.
8. Effectively communicate with clients to understand their preferences, expectations, and any specific concerns related to their nail care.
9. Manage appointments, bookings, and payments accurately and efficiently using salon software or other designated systems.
10. Collaborate with colleagues and other salon staff to promote teamwork, share knowledge, and contribute to a positive work culture.

Qualifications:

1. Valid certification or license as a Nail Technician from an accredited institution or governing body.
2. Proven experience working as a Nail Technician in a salon or spa setting, with a portfolio showcasing your work.
3. Strong knowledge of nail care techniques, products, and sanitation practices.
