Role Purpose: Play a key role in designing, enhancing, and executing Momentum Wealth International (MWI) product solutions, pricing, and platform capabilities. Demonstrate autonomy and accountability in initiatives that meet the evolving needs of investors and advisers across South Africa and selected international markets. Collaborate across functions to ensure competitive, compliant, and client-centric offerings that support growth and innovation.

Requirements: A B or related degree is required. A CFA designation or actuarial background is essential. Minimum of 5 years' experience in financial services, specifically within the international LISP or investment platform industry, with exposure to product development, pricing, or platform strategy. Knowledge of the South African LISP landscape, including regulatory and tax implications. Offshore LISP experience is preferred. Ability to engage with stakeholders, analyze data, and work cross-functionally. Strong problem-solving skills and experience in product lifecycle management are necessary.

Duties & Responsibilities: Contribute to the design and management of MWI products, ensuring alignment with client and adviser needs. Evaluate and optimize products and platform features. Develop content for communication, marketing, and internal documentation. Stay ahead of market trends and identify opportunities for new products or enhancements. Translate strategy into product roadmaps and monitor client feedback to refine offerings. Support governance and decision-making with high-quality analysis. Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to provide product expertise, fostering relationships and ensuring client outcomes. Drive a culture of innovation, continuous professional development, and high performance. Maintain technical and legislative knowledge to deliver compliant and innovative solutions.
