Communicate Recruitment in Johannesburg is seeking a skilled Murex Specialist to lead the full trade lifecycle optimization on our world-class platform. You will configure, test, and implement advanced Murex solutions across Capital Markets, Banking and Treasury.

The role requires 3+ years of hands-on experience with Murex/MX TEST, strong understanding of derivatives and risk, and the ability to partner with traders and vendors to deliver reliable production enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline with exposure to financial markets.
• Hands-on Murex implementation, configuration, and support experience.
• MX TEST knowledge and derivates market understanding are highly valued.

Responsabilités

• Gather requirements from traders and configure bespoke Murex solutions (Risk, P&L, Pricing, Workflows).
• Coordinate testing phases, including MX TEST, to validate functional specs.
• Partner with internal tech teams and Murex vendor to resolve incidents and deploy enhancements.
• Build strong relationships across business units to manage delivery expectations.
