- Effective time management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills to effectively articulate ideas and feedback.
- Knowledge of print production processes and file preparation for printing.
- Familiarity with current design trends and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing store front banners, boards, and other branding materials.
- Creating technical specifications and data sheets.
- Producing stills for social media.
- Ensuring consistent branding across all materials.
- Capturing high-quality photography and videography.
- Creating motion graphics and video effects.
- Managing social media campaigns, including PPC and posts.
- Maintaining brand consistency across all outputs.
- Collaborating with departments for design alignment.
- Handling publications and print materials.
- Participating in project management.
- Managing digital asset libraries.
- Contributing to creative strategy development.
- Performing A/B testing and design iterations.
- Keeping up with industry trends.
- Performing miscellaneous graphic design tasks.
Boxes to tick:
- Matriculation or equivalent qualification.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in marketing or advertising.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Lightroom, Premiere Pro).
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of creative and high-quality design work.
