Job description

We are seeking a talented digital multimedia designer with a passion for innovative ideas and a strong ability to translate those ideas into fresh, contemporary designs tailored primarily for the digital space and full through-the-line campaigns.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and executing effective design campaigns across multiple platforms targeting internal teams, consumers, and dealers within tight deadlines.

Minimum Education and Experience

• Diploma in Multimedia Design
• At least 5 years of experience as a multimedia designer

Key Responsibilities

1. Conceptualize and craft original art directions for all target markets including internal, consumer, and dealer segments.
2. Maintain brand guidelines and interpret creative briefs to develop suitable concepts and art directions.
3. Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to ensure timely delivery of projects.
4. Stay updated with current design trends, including digital (web, mobile, email) and social media.
5. Translate brand messages into engaging visual content.
6. Develop and execute cohesive creative strategies aligned with business goals.
7. Design for web, mobile, and social media platforms.
8. Edit film footage and create bespoke animations using After Effects and other tools.
9. Edit audio and incorporate sound effects.
10. Utilize AI tools to enhance design efficiency.
11. Assist with user interface designs.
12. Design internal communication materials, including videos, company CI, logos, and stationery.
13. Design dealer communication materials such as sales collateral, infographics, mailers, and sales packs.
14. Create online display ads and campaign assets for various platforms.
15. Design event support assets like stand designs, wobblers, digital screens, and POS materials.
16. Ensure print files are prepared correctly for production.

Skills and Attitudes

• Ability to multitask and think creatively.
• Work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent command of English and strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Slack, Zoom, Adobe Creative Cloud, DaVinci Resolve, and Google Web Designer is beneficial.
• Organized, proactive, and a team player.
• Discreet and able to handle fast-paced environments.
• Willing to work late hours when necessary.
