Data-driven digital marketer, strategist and media analyst

For over six years, we have partnered with forward-thinking brands and institutions to produce innovative campaigns grounded in insight and driven by results. As we expand our team, we are seeking a highly skilled and conceptually strong Multimedia Designer to join our growing creative studio.

Role Overview

The Multimedia Designer will play a key role in conceptualising and executing a wide range of visual content across platforms, with a particular emphasis on motion design, digital storytelling, and brand-driven communication. This individual must have a deep understanding of both visual craft and strategic intent, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualise and produce high-quality motion graphics and multimedia content for digital platforms, including social media, branded campaigns, video content, and corporate communication.
• Design and adapt static and animated visuals in alignment with brand guidelines and creative briefs.
• Work closely with strategists, copywriters, producers, and account managers to develop cohesive visual narratives that support campaign goals.
• Translate data and insights into compelling visual formats such as infographics, animated explainers, and social-first storytelling.
• Assist with video editing and post-production, including title design, lower-thirds, overlays, and basic VFX.
• Collaborate in the development of visual identities, presentations, and internal brand assets.
• Maintain organised project files and deliverables, ensuring adherence to deadlines and version control best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Motion Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a creative agency or production house.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Strong portfolio showcasing multimedia design work, including motion graphics, campaign visuals, and branded content.
• Excellent eye for detail, colour, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate strategic objectives into compelling visuals.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work constructively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong time management and organisational skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Passion for visual storytelling and a curiosity about emerging digital and media trends.

Preferred (but not required) Skills

• Experience with 3D design or animation tools (e.g., Blender, Cinema4D)
• Knowledge of UI/UX design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD
• Familiarity with social media performance metrics and A/B creative testing
• Experience creating templated content for scalable campaigns
