Job Title: Multi Sales Consultant / Executive (Cleaning, Hygiene and Pest)

Purpose of the Job
The incumbent will be responsible for sales of the company’s Cleaning, Hygiene & Pest Control services, ensuring consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the Service Industry, preferably in solution contract sales
- Tertiary qualification (preferred)
- Valid SA driver’s license and own vehicle
- Experience in selling soft services or similar services is advantageous
Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies
- Proficiency in MS Office, including advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
- Experience in cold calling and telemarketing
- Ability to source new business, conduct needs analysis, and prepare custom proposals
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact at all levels
- Assertiveness and goal orientation
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate relationships with decision-makers through various outreach methods
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Cost new business to maximize margins
- Ensure contracts are signed and filed correctly
- Plan, set budgets, and targets
- Prepare and present quotes and proposals promptly
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Identify and develop new customers creatively
- Close sales in line with company policies
- Maintain sales activities and report regularly
- Stay updated on industry technology and services
- Represent the company at client functions
- Follow up with clients and operational staff to ensure contract success
- Plan weekly sales prospects and set appointments
- Prepare and present sales reports
- Assist in training new sales staff
- Survey clients’ premises and prepare quotations
- Manage multiple assignments effectively
- Presentable, well-spoken, assertive, and goal-oriented with own transport
