A leading company in the technical support field is seeking a Technical Coordinator based in either Cape Town or Johannesburg. This role involves managing support tickets and ensuring a high standard of service delivery. The ideal candidate will possess solid technical experience, particularly with MSP environments, and will have a minimum of 3 years' relevant experience.
Position can be based from either the office in Cape Town CBD or the Melrose Area of Johannesburg.
As a Technical Coordinator, you will be responsible for reviewing and prioritizing incoming support tickets, managing ticket queues, and ensuring efficient service delivery to our client’s businesses. You will act as a liaison between the Technical Team, Suppliers, and Clients, ensuring that support requests are logged, attended to, and resolved in a timely manner.
Minimum requirements:
Salary Range: R22,000 - R32,000
