A dynamic IT solutions provider is seeking a Sales Executive to drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and account expansion. The ideal candidate should have over 3 years of B2B sales experience in IT services. Responsibilities include generating leads, conducting client meetings, and achieving sales targets. We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Executive with experience in Managed Services Provider (MSP) and IT Service Provider (ITSP) solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the acquisition of new clients and the expansion of existing customer accounts. This role requires a consultative approach to selling IT support contracts, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, Microsoft 365, VoIP, and proactive IT management tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify leads for IT managed services, cloud solutions, and subscription-based offerings
Conduct client meetings to understand business needs and propose tailored IT solutions
Sell services such as remote monitoring (RMM), backup and disaster recovery, Antivirus, DNS filtering, VoIP ,Yeastar, and Microsoft 365
Ups sell and cross-sell within existing accounts by identifying service gaps or upgrade opportunities
Prepare and present professional proposals, quotes, and contracts using Zoho CRM and Zoho Quotes
Maintain accurate sales activity records and opportunity pipelines within the CRM
Work closely with technical teams to scope and implement client solutions
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for new customer acquisition and contract value
Provide feedback to the marketing team for lead generation and campaign optimization
Represent Forbtech as a trusted IT advisor in all client interactions
3+ years of B2B sales experience in IT services, cloud, or MSP environments
Strong understanding of recurring revenue and subscription-based services
Experience with Microsoft 365, RMM tools, VoIP/PBX, and cybersecurity solutions
Skilled in cold calling, prospecting, client presentations, and closing
CRM proficiency (Zoho CRM preferred)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Target-driven and self-motivated with a consultative sales mindset
Valid driver's license and own transport
Familiarity with Zoho One ecosystem (CRM, Desk, Quotes, Campaigns)
Previous experience working in a Zoho-integrated IT or Telecom business
Understanding of SME/SMME IT environments and infrastructure pain points
Ability to collaborate with pre-sales engineers and technical teams
