Mr D - Partner Account Associate

Mr D, a division of the Takealot Group, is looking for a highly talented Partner Account Associate to join our team in Kwa-Zulu Natal.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Assist in identifying and prioritising suitable Restaurant Partners for the Mr D platform
2. Assist in creating as well as maintaining a robust sales pipeline
3. Assist the Sales Area Leads with the restaurants sign-up process
4. Operate as the lead point of contact for restaurant partners in the assigned areas while reporting in to the Sales Area Leads
5. Work with Sales Area Leads to strengthen relationships with restaurant partners and monitor their business and store performance
6. Ensure timeous and effective solutions and feedback to restaurant partners
7. Assist with all device-related queries from restaurant partners
8. Assist with delivery of marketing material to various restaurants when required
9. Train restaurant staff on use of the Mr D restaurant device
10. Ensure strict restaurant visit standards are maintained

3. Knowledge of the local restaurant industry
4. Exhibit the ability to self-motivate
5. Extremely competitive and relentless; a love for winning
6. Ability to work and keep up in a fast-paced environment
7. Accurate
8. Own transport essential

Beneficial but not required:

1. Proficiency in using CRM tools
2. Prior experience in the hospitality industry
3. Tertiary qualification

Qualifications:

1. Matric
2. Minimum 1 year prior sales or account management experience
