Job summary

Qualifications

• Senior Certificate (Grade 12) required.
• Qualified Motorcycle and Scooter Technician (Red Seal) required.
• Valid Motorcycle Driver’s licence required.
• 2–5 years’ workshop experience (post-qualification).
• Motorcycle workshop experience essential.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for vehicle diagnoses.
• Ensure all job cards are updated accurately.
• Provide technical and non-technical assistance to workshop staff.
• Attend general departmental meetings and maintain good housekeeping.
• Attend company technical training.
• Perform preventative and scheduled maintenance on motorcycles.
• Dismantle, inspect, assess, repair and assemble motorcycle engines and related system components.
• Diagnose and repair faults in motorcycle engines and related system components.

A Well-established Dealership has an opportunity for an experienced Motorcycle Technician with at least 2years experience to join their team in Stellenbosch (Western Cape)

The main purpose of this role is to ensure the preparation, servicing and repairs of all motorcycles within workshop are executed to the exact standards and efficiencies required. Responsible for leading and mentoring all technical staff within workshop
