Job summary

Empathy Lab by EPAM is seeking an experienced Motion Designer to join a remote team in South Africa. You will craft engaging stories frame by frame using 2D/3D animation, blending storytelling with technical prowess in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and related tools.

Collaborate with designers, writers and producers to deliver content across web, mobile and video, while adapting to client needs and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent diploma.
• 2–3 years of studio/agency experience.
• Strong skills in 2D/3D animation software and storytelling techniques.
• Experience with social platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
• Ability to present ideas and adapt to client feedback.
