Purpose of the position :

To support National DCS to coordinate monitoring and evaluation of the relevant programme activities ensuring submission of accurate and credible data from all regions

Minimum Requirements

• Diploma in health / public health / social sciences or another relevant field
• Accredited Certification in M&E and database management is essential
• Minimum of 4 years experience within M&E and data management coupled with maintaining and / or updating databases; data verification and quality assurance
• Minimum of 4 years experience in data collection data analysis and report submission
• Exposure with HIV AIDS and STI programme data
• Net DHIS and information management expertise
• Must have experience working within the DCS environment
• Proficiency in English & any other African language
• Valid code 8 drivers licence and own transport
• Clear criminal record
