Responsibilities
- Perform PCR, qPCR, Western blotting, and ELISA.
- Design and construct expression vectors for gene delivery.
- Investigate gene function and regulation in cellular models.
- Develop and optimize cell-based assays for drug screening.
- Analyze data, prepare reports, and present findings to the team.
- Maintain lab equipment and ensure safety compliance.
