Job summary

Capital H Staffing and Advisory Solutions is seeking an L2 Modern Workplace Engineer to maintain a stable, secure modern workplace across Windows, macOS, iOS and Android devices. You will troubleshoot incidents, support Intune and Entra ID, and collaborate with L1/L3 to improve processes.

The role requires 3–5 years IT experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and fluency in English. Travel may be required; work is remote with SA-based requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years enterprise IT support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Windows 11.
• PowerShell and Graph API experience a plus.
• Fluent in English; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own L2 troubleshooting for incidents per runbooks and changes.
• Resolve issues across Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and M365.
• Support Intune enrollment, compliance, profiles and app deployment.
• Manage Entra ID sign-in, MFA, and device registration basics.
• Escalate complex cases to L3 with clear docs.
• Create knowledge articles and runbooks; assist L1.
• Ensure endpoint patch compliance and follow procedures.
