Job summary

4Sight Holdings Limited is seeking a Modern Workplace Consultant to design, deploy and support Microsoft 365 and Copilot solutions. You will lead workshops, architect SharePoint intranets, govern data lifecycle, and drive security and compliance using Purview and Entra ID.

Required experience includes 3+ years in Microsoft 365 consulting, tenant management across Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams, and hands-on Copilot and agent exposure.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Microsoft 365 consulting or delivery experience.
• Experience configuring and supporting Microsoft 365 tenants across Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Teams.
• Designing and managing SharePoint sites, intranets and document libraries with IA, metadata and permissions.
• Security and compliance using Microsoft Purview and Entra ID with AI considerations.
• Endpoint management with Intune including Windows Autopilot and policy deployment.
• Copilot readiness, licensing, tenant preparation and phased rollout across M365 apps.
• Data readiness for AI and governance in SharePoint/OneDrive.
• Designing, building and deploying Copilot agents in Copilot Studio.

Experience and Skills

3+ years of hands-on Microsoft 365 consulting or delivery experience, including:

• Microsoft 365 administration: Configuring and supporting Microsoft 365 tenants across Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Microsoft Teams, including licensing, tenant settings and day-to-day governance.
• SharePoint and collaboration: Designing and managing SharePoint sites, intranets and document libraries, including information architecture, content types, site columns, metadata and permissions.
• Migrations: Planning and executing Microsoft 365 migrations - mailbox, file share, SharePoint and tenant-to-tenant - from discovery and pilot through to cutover and post-migration support.
• Security and compliance: Microsoft Purview (sensitivity labels, DLP, retention and data lifecycle management, eDiscovery, audit and DSPM for AI) and Microsoft Entra ID (conditional access, MFA, groups, roles and identity governance).
• Endpoint management: Microsoft Intune device enrolment (including Windows Autopilot), compliance and configuration policies, and application deployment.
• Microsoft 365 Copilot: Readiness assessments, licensing, tenant preparation, Copilot Chat and the phased rollout of Copilot across the Microsoft 365 apps.
• Data readiness for AI: Identifying and remediating oversharing in SharePoint and OneDrive using SharePoint Advanced Management, data access governance reports and Microsoft Purview.
• Agents: Designing, building and deploying agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio and Agent Builder - instructions, knowledge sources, topics, tools and connectors, testing and publishing.
• Adoption and value: Running end-user and champion training, prompt coaching and adoption campaigns, and using Microsoft 365 usage reports and Copilot Analytics to track adoption and report on business value.

Candidates are not expected to be expert in every area. We are looking for solid depth in Microsoft 365 and security with hands-on Copilot and agent exposure, and a strong willingness to grow across both.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
• Confident presenter and facilitator, comfortable leading discovery workshops, training sessions and demonstrations for business users, IT teams and executive stakeholders.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with strong written skills for solution designs, documentation and client reports.
• Able to translate business requirements into practical, secure and well-governed Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Organised and client-focused, able to manage multiple concurrent engagements and deliver to agreed scope, time and quality.
• Eager to learn and continuously improve skills and knowledge, and comfortable working with a fast-moving AI product set.

Experience in the following areas is not mandatory but would be advantageous:

• Microsoft 365 licensing - a sound understanding of Microsoft 365 plans and add-ons (including Copilot, Copilot Studio, Entra ID, Intune and Purview), and the ability to advise clients on the right licensing for their requirements.
• Microsoft Power Platform - Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse, including their use with Copilot Studio agents.
• Extending Microsoft 365 Copilot with Copilot connectors (formerly Microsoft Graph connectors) and declarative agents.
• PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API for Microsoft 365 administration, reporting and automation.
• Power BI for report and dashboard development.
• Exposure to Microsoft Foundry and Azure OpenAI for more advanced AI scenarios.
• Structured change management and adoption frameworks, or experience developing and delivering formal training material.
• Microsoft Teams Administration (Teams Phone, Teams Rooms and devices).

Purpose and Responsibilities

The Modern Workplace Consultant helps clients get full value from Microsoft 365 - building and maintaining a secure, well-governed foundation, and enabling Copilot, agents and AI on top of it. The role spans both core Microsoft 365 delivery and Copilot, agent and adoption engagements.

• Consultancy: Lead discovery workshops and business analysis sessions, identify opportunities to improve business processes through Microsoft 365, automation and AI, and present recommendations to technical and executive stakeholders.
• Microsoft 365 Delivery: Design, implement and support Microsoft 365 workloads - Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Teams - including tenant configuration, governance and ongoing optimisation.
• SharePoint and Collaboration: Design information architecture, intranets and document management solutions, and configure collaboration, content management and information governance capabilities.
• Migrations: Plan and execute mailbox, content and tenant-to-tenant migrations with minimal disruption to the business.
• Security and Compliance: Implement and advise on Microsoft Purview data protection and governance, Microsoft Entra ID identity and access, and Microsoft Intune endpoint management, with particular attention to the data security prerequisites of AI.
• Copilot Enablement: Lead Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Chat engagements, from readiness assessment and tenant preparation through to pilot and phased rollout.
• Agent Development: Identify high-value use cases and design, build and deploy agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio, with appropriate governance, testing and lifecycle management.
• Adoption and Value Realisation: Plan and deliver adoption programmes - training, workshops, champion networks and prompt libraries - and use usage and adoption dashboards to report on business value and recommend next steps.
• Pre-sales: Engage with clients to understand their business needs and translate these into solution options, scope, effort estimates and proposals.
• Projects: Act as consultant on projects from inception through to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Documentation: Create and maintain solution designs, migration and adoption plans, as-built documentation and handover material.
• Solution Development: Where required, extend Microsoft 365 with the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) and integrate with other Microsoft 365 services and third‑party applications.
• Technical Support: Provide technical assistance, resolve operational problems, and design and implement cost‑effective solutions that fulfil technical requirements.
• Knowledge Sharing: Contribute reusable assets, templates, demonstrations and lessons learnt to the team, and keep current with the Microsoft 365 and AI roadmap.
