Job summary

Hollywoodbets is seeking a Team Leader (Mobile) to lead the mobile betting team from our Pretoria, Gauteng base. You will drive growth targets for the mobile segment and report on trends, costs and profitability to improve overall performance.

The role requires proven leadership, strong people skills, and a track record of meeting or beating quotas in a fast-paced betting environment. A valid driver’s license is preferred.

Qualifications

Minimum 12 months in a leadership role.
Track record of over-achieving quota.
Ability to understand customer needs and handle different types of personalities.
Strong listening, communication, presentation, and social skills.
Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

Work closely with Area Managers to meet required targets.
Plan marketing campaigns/promotions/events with the Area Manager and regional marketing Team.
Facilitate daily promotional activities.
Ensure marketing material is available and in good condition for all campaigns; complete campaigns professionally.
Management of stock (daily report on stock levels and usage).
Measure the effectiveness of promotions using Promo Tracker.
Conduct market analysis/research for improvements in the mobile department.
Recruitment and interviewing with Area Manager and HR.
Manage sales agents’ performance, daily targets, and periodic reviews.
