We have exciting opportunities for Mobile Team Leader based in New Castle, KwaZulu Natal. Do you have what it takes to be our newest Purple Star?

The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving growth targets for mobile betting, analyzing financial data to identify trends, managing costs, and increasing revenue, along with ensuring proactive reporting in these areas.

You bring:

  • At least 1 year of experience managing events.
  • A valid driver’s license.
  • A track record of exceeding quotas.
  • The ability to understand customer needs and handle diverse personalities.
  • Strong listening, communication, presentation, and social skills.

What you’ll do for the brand:

  • Collaborate with Area Managers to meet targets for Active and Qualified accounts.
  • Plan marketing campaigns with support from the Area Manager and Marketing Team.
  • Facilitate daily promotional activities.
  • Ensure marketing materials are available and in good condition for campaigns and handovers.
  • Measure promotion effectiveness using ROI and Promo Tracker.
  • Conduct market analysis and research for improvements.
  • Handle recruitment, interviewing, and induction processes with the team.
  • Manage team performance, set targets, conduct reviews, and handle HR/IR functions.
  • Support growth and branding of Top Up Voucher outlets, including site visits.
  • Organize ongoing training on betting types, processes, and mobile betting.
  • Ensure cash-up procedures are followed and shortages reported.
  • Complete training modules and reports regularly.
  • Provide operational support to Area Managers.
  • Manage team leave, attendance, and stock levels.
  • Perform other related duties as required.
