What You'll Do

1. Service, repair, and improve: Working with Tesla-specific software and driving out to customers to service their vehicles. This is an independent position.
2. Ensure top quality: Fix it right the first time; we trust you to inspect our vehicles diligently before return and pre-delivery, working to the highest quality standards.
3. Collaborate: Working across teams (local and regional), sharing support and best practices to further improve the service experience.
4. Develop: Our dedicated in-house training teams will train you on Tesla-specific technology and the repair of Electric Vehicles, setting you up for success.
5. Support end-to-end mobile service process as needed by the business, including activities like parts management and scheduling.
6. Customer Facing: Take ownership of all customer-facing interactions. You will perform basic repairs, educate customers on technical information, and general vehicle usage.

What You'll Bring

1. Technically experienced: You have professional experience performing vehicle service and repairs within automotive or similar industries.
2. Technically qualified: You hold relevant certification to perform vehicle repairs in Norway (Fagbrev/Vocational diploma).
3. A good communicator: You speak and write English and [local language] well and know how to get your point across clearly and respectfully.
4. Safe to drive: You must hold a full driver’s license held for a minimum of two years.
5. Flexible: You may work in shifts, including weekends, and be willing to travel to various sites and detail cars when needed.
6. Eligible: You have the right to work in Norway.
