The Hydraulic Specialist is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of hydraulic systems and components across various equipment and machinery. This role requires a deep understanding of hydraulic principles, technical expertise, and a commitment to maintaining system reliability and operational efficiency.

System Maintenance and Repairs:
  • Perform routine inspections and minimize breakdowns and downtime by implementing preventative maintenance plans.
  • Diagnose issues and repair or replace faulty components, including pumps, valve banks, cylinders, and hoses.
  • Rebuild hydraulic systems and cylinders.
  • Manufacture and assemble hydraulic pipes, cylinders, etc.
  • Ensure systems meet manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
  • Attend to all welding and boilermaker requirements.
Diagnostics and Troubleshooting:
  • Utilize diagnostic tools and techniques to identify issues in hydraulic systems.
  • Analyze performance data to optimize system functionality and resolve inefficiencies.
Technical Support and Training:
  • Provide technical guidance to team members on hydraulic systems and best practices.
  • Train operators and maintenance staff on safe and efficient use of hydraulic equipment.
