Job Overview: Our Client, a dynamic, niche-focused management consulting and software development company, is currently seeking a skilled and motivated Mobile Developer at an intermediate level to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter and Ionic.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
3. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
4. Troubleshoot and debug issues to optimize performance and enhance user experience.
5. Work on app lifecycle management and maintain codebase integrity.
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in mobile development.
7. Participate in code reviews and maintain high coding standards.
8. Contribute to the development of technical documentation and support the onboarding of new team members.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 3-5 years proven experience in mobile app development using Flutter and Ionic.
2. Strong understanding of mobile development principles and design patterns.
3. Experience with APIs, version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
4. Familiarity with UI/UX best practices for mobile platforms.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
7. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
8. Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred:

1. Experience with native mobile development (Android/iOS) is a plus.
2. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
3. Additional Microsoft certifications and experience are an advantage.
