Our client operates within the high-end hospitality industry, offering a refined cocktail and dining experience in a premium location. The establishment is known for its curated ambiance, quality service, and innovative beverage offerings.
This dual-role position involves overseeing daily bar operations while actively contributing to cocktail preparation and service. The primary focus is on management, with mixology expertise being a strong advantage. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operational flow, maintain service standards, and lead a team in delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily bar operations, including stock control, staff management, and service protocols
  • Lead the bar team through active supervision and professional engagement with guests
  • Support and train staff in cocktail preparation and service quality
  • Manage shift scheduling and coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house teams
  • Execute opening and closing procedures
  • Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
  • Uphold hygiene and safety standards at all times
  • Monitor and respond to guest feedback to ensure satisfaction
  • Implement procedures to optimize efficiency and service delivery
  • Adapt to seasonal and event-driven operational demands
  • Contribute to menu development and drink innovation

Requirements:

Remuneration:
R10 000 – R15 000 monthly (Highly dependent on experience)
