One of our top mining clients is looking for a highly experienced and skilled Mining HRD Coordinator with in-depth knowledge and understanding of human resource development systems.
Responsibilities Include:
ISO 45000, 14001, and 9001 in Limpopo.
Requirements Include:
NQF Level 5 Diploma in Education, Training and Development or equivalent.
Mine Overseer Certificate and a Blasting Certificate.
MQA Registered Auditor and Moderator.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resource Development, including at least 2 years in a mining environment, with at least 5 years of experience in mining operations as a mine supervisor.
