Mining - HR Systems Specialist

A Mining house based in the North West region is looking for an experienced HR Systems Specialist.

Duties:

Responsible for managing and maintaining the organisation'sHR system, collecting and analysing employee data to improve HR processes and strategies, and ensuring the smooth operation of the system by troubleshooting issues and providing user support to HR staff.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HRIS Systems Specialist or similar role, with expertise in managing and optimizing HRIS systems.
• In-depth knowledge of HR processes and data management principles.
• Strong understanding of HRIS functionalities, data structures, and system configurations.
• Proficiency in using HRIS platforms, such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar systems.
